Red River Valley Baseball Refund Policy
Programs and fees are subject to change without notice
Red River Valley Baseball reserves the right to cancel any program due to lack of enrollment in which case a full refund will be provided. If a participant is not placed on a team the full amount will be refunded.
The Convenor, of each Community Centre, must be notified and will be responsible to collect any equipment and uniforms belonging to their respective Community Centre. At no time will the administration fee be refunded. The Convenor will authorize the amount of the refund to be given by the following formula:
Time of Request, less the administration fee:
of the first one third of the season 50%
Example: Fee $45 (not including admin fee) Schedule of 15 games/session
Finally, the convenor will deliver forms and information to the Membership Director will request the refund - a cheque will be mailed. Please note requests may take up to 90 days to process.
* Special circumstances may apply, in which case the convenor will bring the issue to the Board of Directors for Approval.
** Refunds do not include any administration charges, as they are non-refundable.
*** Refund Policy for COVID-19 will follow different guidelines. If the season is cancelled or postponed later then the initial start date, Club Fees or a portion of may be held back. This subject to change and the amount will vary by Club.
